    In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to IFORGEAPPS LTD.

    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using iForge Apps ("the Site"), our mobile apps, TestFlight builds, content, tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

    Use of the Site

    iForge Apps provides free, browser-based utility tools including calculators, PDF tools, image tools, text utilities, and more. Most tools run entirely in your browser and do not require an account or signup. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

    Mobile Apps, TestFlight, and Apple

    Our mobile apps, including CalmBack, may be made available through Apple TestFlight or the App Store. Your use of Apple services, including TestFlight, the App Store, Apple Account, Sign in with Apple, and any Apple payment or account features, is also subject to Apple's own terms, policies, and privacy notices.

    Apple handles App Store distribution, TestFlight delivery, Apple Account services, and Sign in with Apple platform flows. IFORGEAPPS LTD remains responsible for the app content, app functionality, and user support we provide.

    If CalmBack uses Sign in with Apple, you do not need to create a separate iForge username or password. We do not currently operate a separate iForge Apps user database for CalmBack accounts.

    If an app feature ever creates an account record or stores personal information with us, we will provide a way to request deletion or account support through the app or our contact form, subject to lawful retention requirements.

    For App Store metadata, app-specific support and privacy pages may be provided. For CalmBack, the support URL is CalmBack Support and the privacy policy URL is CalmBack Privacy Policy.

    Informational Use Only

    All tools and outputs on this Site are provided for general informational and utility purposes only. Results are generated using standard formulas and algorithms, and should be treated as estimates or aids rather than definitive outputs. You should verify any important results independently before relying on them for decisions of consequence.

    No Professional Advice

    Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. This includes but is not limited to health and fitness calculators, business calculators, and any other specialised tool categories.

    Health tools: Health-related tools on this Site are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health.

    Financial tools: Financial calculators provide estimates only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

    CalmBack: CalmBack offers guided calm, reflection, remembrance, emotional reset, and sleep support. It is not medical care, therapy, fatwa, religious authority, or emergency support. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, or any other condition. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

    Accuracy and Availability

    While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate tools, we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Tool outputs may contain errors or approximations. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

    Users should verify important outputs independently. Use of the Site and reliance on its outputs is at the user's own risk.

    No Warranties

    The Site and all tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iForge Apps disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iForge Apps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, its tools, or reliance on any outputs produced by them.

    Changes to the Site and Terms

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
